Topic 2: Write about your most recent vacation

Today, I’d like to tell you about my most recent vacation, which was about 5 years ago to Jeju Island - Korea.

In the summer of 2019, my mother had to go for a project so she brought us along with her. It was a 3 hour flight and we stayed at a 4 star hotel, whose cutting-edge devices astounded me

Jeju's weather was a dream, neither too hot nor cold. It was so comfortable.

The dish from a little restaurant that stuck in my memory the most was the terrific dark soy noodles.The locals were mostly friendly, though some seemed kind of cold.

I rode horses in a beautiful valley, enjoyed matcha ice-cream. I strolled along the shore and found it was incredible, the seawater was so clear that I could even see the moss underneath. I also observed some more wonderful sights and all of them were really scenic.

I was a little bummed when the trip ended because it was quite brief. Still, I'm dying to come back soon because it was an incredible experience
